Movies, Movies, Movies at World’s Largest Autism Conference in Chicago in May
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) February 14, 2018 -- AutismOne today announced the addition of multiple movies to the 5-day AutismOne 2018 Conference schedule – most of them free to registered attendees.
Autism recovery is possible, and that’s what the movie premiere of Restoring Balance hopes to share on Friday evening, May 25, with a free screening and panel. Through interviews with parents, children, and practitioners, audiences explore how biomedical and dietary interventions are dramatically changing how children have achieved new levels of connectivity. Some children are actually losing their autism diagnosis through these applied interventions. These children show us the potential of all affected by this condition to change their reality. Come talk with doctors and parents after the film!
Friday, the free premiere of Secret Ingredients illuminates how recovery is possible when harmful food ingredients are removed from the diet. The film's website says: "While the debate rages on about GMOs and pesticides, this film shares compelling stories of people who regain their health and transform their lives after identifying the secret ingredients in their food, and making a bold commitment to avoid them."
Saturday, the free showing of Manufactured Crisis: HPV, Hype & Horror draws attention to the risks associated with HPV vaccination. The film's web page asserts that "[t]he pharmaceutical industry used faulty research, paid doctors and manipulated the media to push an unsafe vaccine onto the market. They used political pressure to force this vaccine onto the public, despite any demonstrable public threat."
Thursday evening, The Pathological Optimist movie will be featured, with a panel following. Who is the man behind the most highly controversial, intensely debated topics in modern medicine? In The Pathological Optimist, director Miranda Bailey brings us a character study of Dr. Andrew Wakefield, one of 13 co-authors of a notorious 1998 paper in the UK medical Journal the Lancet….
“This is a great event for people to learn from one another,” said AutismOne president Ed Arranga, “Physicians enjoy networking with each other to hear how to help individuals; chiropractors will be training other chiropractors; and parents learn strategies from each other.”
On Wednesday, attendees can register for the Treating ADHD Naturally track that talks about natural as well as functional medicine and neurological approaches to ADHD.
And with 5 days and over 130 speakers, there’s something for any parent or family member who wants to learn about physiological, educational, or advocacy topics in autism. Professionals will especially enjoy the continuing medical education program and the chiropractic pediatric continuing education program.
The event will be held at the beautiful Westin Lombard Yorktown Center from May 23-27, 2018.
The price for the general conference spanning 5 days? Incredible at only $49. For more information or to register, visit http://www.autismone.org or click HERE.
