Getting healthy both mentally and physically -- and staying there -- is the goal of many. This is why the new health and fitness blog of avid surfer John Clemenza is enjoying a wave of popularity on the World Wide Web.

Clemenza’s blog, located at, recently underwent a month of beta testing and received stellar feedback from its visitors. As a result, version 1.0 of the microsite is slated to go live in March.

Clemenza enjoys surfing five times per week and aims to enter the world of professional surfing one day.
