Brennan & Clark President’s 19-year-old son, Casey Larson, makes U.S. Winter Olympic Ski Jumping Team
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) February 15, 2018 -- The president of Brennan & Clark, LLC is proud to announce that his son is competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics being held in PyeongChang, South Korea. Brennan & Clark congratulates Casey Larson, 19, for making it onto the U.S.A. Nordic Ski Jumping Team.
This is Larson’s first time representing the United States of America in the Olympic Winter Games.
Larson had his first experience with ski jumping while at a Norge Ski Club open house event taking place a few minutes from his home. He embraced the sport right away and started to travel to competitions across the country. In 2014, Larson ended up finishing in the top 10 at the U.S. Nationals, thus earning him a coveted spot on the nation’s Olympic ski jumping team.
Larson experienced European competition for the first time in Summer 2015 when taking part in the FIS Cup in Switzerland. That winter, he ended up setting a brand-new hill record in an “early snow” competition in Colorado: a record of 150 meters in the Steamboat Springs K90 event. From there, he continued to display strong performance in other competitions and is expected to make even more of a name for himself during the current Olympic season.
