Event Architecture to Sponsor the 2018 ExhibitorLIVE Meeting Point Lounge
DALLAS (PRWEB) February 21, 2018 -- This month, EXHIBITOR Magazine will host its annual conference, ExhibitorLIVE, for an expected 6,000 exhibit and event managers, marketing experts and communications specialists. The exhibition offers a variety of educational and engagement opportunities for attendees, and Event Architecture will sponsor EXHIBITOR's Meeting Point Lounge at the event.
According to Tim Bookout, Director of Sales for AirClad at Event Architecture, "The Meeting Point Lounge is the premier networking space at ExhibitorLIVE, so we're honored and excited to provide two customized AirClad structures - an XPO and xDek - for the event."
The portable 20'x16'x10' AirClad XPO features a durable, modern design comprised of sturdy, aluminum supports and a double layer of coated fabric, which is pressurized to create tension. The sturdy steel and aluminum xDek is a freestanding deck with a rooftop terrace that will be positioned above the XPO, reaching a height of 16'.
The AirClad units are ideal for live events like ExhibitorLIVE because they work equally well indoors and outdoors and can be customized with branded graphics, flooring and furnishings, inside and out.
As Bookout explains, "Branding is an essential design consideration for today's live environments. What's nice about AirClad is that it's easy to customize the structures with fabric wraps and other graphics, which is evidenced in the design we created for the Meeting Point Lounge."
The XPO and xDek feature ExhibitorLIVE branding at every turn. Event Architecture included custom fabric graphics on the interior walls and the exterior sides of the XPO. In addition, a large fabric graphic extends from the top of the xDek to the floor, vinyl graphics were adhered to the unit's Plexiglas doors and windows, while a large, ExhibitorLIVE sign further elevates the space.
Bookout looks forward to spreading the word about AirClad at the conference. ExhibitorLIVE is one of the most important exhibitions for our industry, and this is the first time we've brought AirClad units to the event. We're excited to raise awareness about Event Architecture and AirClad as well as the ways brands can use the line at indoor and outdoor events, trade shows, festivals and brand activations," Bookout says.
