Potts comes to DRT with 23 years of experience leading talent, development, and learning functions for several Fortune 100 companies including CenturyLink, Verizon, and Tech Data. Additionally, he led talent management and workforce planning consulting services for Deloitte and BearingPoint. Most recently, Potts served as a Principal with The North Highland Company.
