Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Thomas Goodness, Goodness Insurance Agency, has been chosen as one of Milwaukee’s Five Star Home and Auto Insurance Professionals for 2018.

Five Star Professional partnered with Milwaukee Magazine to recognize a select group of Milwaukee-area home and auto insurance professionals who provide quality services to their clients. Less than 1% of professionals in the area were selected. Thomas Goodness, along with other award winners, will be featured in a special section of the April issue.

Thomas is a seven-year recipient of the Five Star Home and Auto Insurance Professional award. He was unavailable for comment on receiving the award for 2018.

The 2018 Five Star Home and Auto Insurance Professional award winners have been carefully selected for their commitment to professional excellence and overall client satisfaction. The award is based on rigorous research with significant focus on customer feedback and providing quality services.

Qualifying candidates are then evaluated on objective criteria such as experience, production levels and disciplinary and complaint history.
