Uberflip, a cloud-based content experience platform, today announced the addition of Rory Hochman to its executive team in the role of Vice-President of Customer Success. In his role, Hochman will lead Uberflip’s customer engagement strategy, onboarding services, training, education, and support.

“The addition of Rory Hochman to Uberflip is a boost to our leadership as we navigate a growing team and a growing roster of blue chip clients,” said Uberflip President and CMO Randy Frisch. “Rory’s experience, skills, and knowledge will translate well to the ever-growing marketing technology sector, and with him on board, we’re now more equipped than ever to serve our ever expanding customer base of Uberflip users, champions, and fans.”

Prior to joining Uberflip, Hochman held posts as VP Customer Operations & Services at BlueCat, where he also served as VP Customer Care as part of their executive management team. Hochman also previously served as Director of Client Support at both Varicent, prior to its acquisition by IBM, and Workbrain, prior to its acquisition by Infor.

“In joining Uberflip, I’m excited to be working with a team of high performers who just happen to also be great people and collaborators. Together, we’ll continue our trajectory in growing Uberflip’s client base and innovating on new ways to put our customers first,” Hochman said.

The appointment of Hochman positions Uberflip for continued growth, as it continues to scale its team to double in size and transition to its new 30,000 square-foot headquarters in Toronto.
