Code Zero Consulting, Altius, and Oxford Computer Group were top of the SPI Research international ranking for 2017, amid tough competition – the report showed jobs and profits growing strongly across the Professional Services market.

The 11th annual SPI 2018 Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark found job growth surged to 9.3%, the highest job growth in 10 years. The professional services organizations featured on the list, which together generate $25bn in revenue, reported the highest-ever average net profit of 16.8%.
The report, based on typically-confidential information such as detailed income statements found that professional services organizations are significantly improving productivity, reducing time and money spent on administration and travel and increasing billable utilization, which went up a percentage point from the previous year, from 70.4% to 71.5%.
