RightMesh Needs Only 8 minutes and 4 seconds to Complete Second Phase of Token Generating Event (TGE)
ZUG, SWITZERLAND (PRWEB) February 19, 2018 -- RightMesh AG announced today that Phase 2 of its Token Generating Event was successfully filled within 8 minutes and 4 seconds, proving substantial interest in the company’s mesh networking platform and protocol. This follows the successful raising of $18,000,000 USD in commitments in less than one week in early January. Following this very successful pre-allocation period, RightMesh will be conducting a third and final phase of the Token Generating Event, the public crowd contribution period. A total of $12,000,000 USD will be raised between phases two and three, resulting in a combined raise of $30,000,000.
The crowd contribution period of the TGE provides an opportunity for potential contributors to exchange funds for the reward of RMESH tokens. The tokens will be used to buy, sell, and share data and device resources (processing power, sensor data, storage) between users within the RightMesh ecosystem. For this reason, the crowd contribution period is an important step to achieve widespread distribution of tokens and participants.
RightMesh CEO, John Lyotier said, “We're exceedingly thrilled to announce the success of the public pre-allocation round. We were able to work hand-in-hand with Bitcoin Suisse—one of the pre-eminent advisory firms for crypto-asset events—and are immensely appreciative of their support. We see the positivity and interest from the crypto community as an indication of increasing interest in decentralized systems for communication and creativity. The only downside to the day was that several hundred participants were unable to contribute due to the overwhelming demand.”
Building a mesh networking protocol and platform from the ground up requires the combined efforts of the smartest minds in mesh networking and routing protocols. Funds raised from the TGE will be used for development costs and attracting world-class talent with the unique skills to execute the vision. RightMesh is a blockchain-based software library that enables off-grid peer-to-peer connectivity between smartphones and IoT devices. This is done without relying on fixed internet, data plans, or other hardware devices. In addition to growing the team, scaling the ecosystem and community efficiently will be the primary focus of the company upon completion. The RightMesh Product Roadmap, created by Chief Product Officer, Saju Abraham, outlines the company’s growth trajectory.
The precise dates for Phase 3 of the public allocation period—the last opportunity for crowd contributions—will be announced shortly. Participants are encouraged to register now for the RightMesh TGE whitelist at: http://www.RightMesh.io

About RightMesh
RightMesh AG (a Swiss Company in incorporation), incubated by multi-award winning parent company Left, who itself is a certified B-Corporation located in Canada, is on a mission to bring connectivity to the next billion users by multiplying the combined power of blockchain, mesh networking, and its own RMESH tokens. RightMesh wireless networks are self-forming, self-healing, and self-regulating, using various technologies in existing smartphones and IoT devices rather than relying on traditional infrastructure and Internet Service Providers. RightMesh’s networking technology is already used in a content-sharing and local messaging app called YO! which has received over 1 million installs and is actively used in emerging markets. Further applications are being developed via the RightMesh SDK, a free platform and protocol for use by others who want to build or retrofit additional mesh applications.
