The new book “Inalienable Rights versus Abuse: A Commonsense Approach to Public Policy” (published by iUniverse), which discusses abuse in America, is the product of R. Q. Public’s four years planning for and researching the necessity and practicality of integrating a solution for bullying into American public policy.

Public believes that it is possible to establish a culture in which all citizens can experience their inalienable rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and access to the common good.

Providing documented facts to back up his conclusions, Public explains how extensive abuse is in America, why it is a problem, how to recognize abusers and what the reader can do about abusers. The book presents problems and practical solutions to implement. It also instructs political and business policy makers about their roles in ending abuse.

“A president and cabinet with abusive attitudes and bias favoring the wealthiest at the cost of other peoples’ inalienable rights is a recipe for increased abuse, particularly toward the financially disadvantaged,” Public says. “A book that describes an alternative approach that preserves everyone’s inalienable rights is especially relevant.”
