United States Senate Confirms TRC’s David Jolley as U.S. Marshal for Eastern Tennessee
LOWELL, Mass. (PRWEB) February 20, 2018 -- TRC, a leader in engineering, environmental consulting and construction-management services, is pleased to announce that Senior Security Consultant David Jolley has been confirmed as U.S. Marshal for Eastern Tennessee by the United States Senate.

Jolley has been with TRC since 2014. An expert in law enforcement and physical security, Jolley focuses on critical infrastructure protection and federal regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining TRC in 2014, Jolley served as Vice President for the Tennessee Valley Authority and served as Director of the Tennessee Valley Authority Police for five years. He also served as United States Marshal for the Western District of Tennessee for seven years after being appointed by President George W. Bush in 2002.
“I truly enjoyed the job and look forward to doing it again in the Eastern District and serving the citizens of East Tennessee,” said Jolley.
Jolley began his law enforcement career as a Special Agent for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, where he served for 18 years. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Va.
