Turn-key Technologies Awarded Purchasing Agreement by PEPPM
SAYREVILLE, N.J. (PRWEB) February 22, 2018 -- The national PEPPM technology bidding and purchasing program has recognized Turn-key Technologies (TTI) for its excellence as a provider of custom security solutions by awarding them a purchasing agreement. The agreement will license Turn-key Technologies to provide design, installation, maintenance, and support services for products from the Avigilon line of security solutions.
PEPPM contracts secure prices that are substantially lower than market value for public entities called local education agencies (LEAs), which include school districts, local governments, and public universities. LEAs can then purchase products from select technology vendors at a significantly discounted rate via fax order, email order, or through the eCommerce platform Epylon.
The purchasing agreement will make discounted rates on the Avigilon product line available to eligible buyers in all states and U.S. territories. Turn-key Technologies is a partner of Avigilon’s, and works with clients to optimize the installation and deployment Avigilon’s high-tech security cameras, license plate readers, encoders, and other equipment in order to maximize safety and shorten response times. Avigilon offers free training and support for use of their equipment, and buyers are not subject to recurring software or license fees.
The primary advantage of purchasing technologies through PEPPM is the greatly simplified purchasing process. Qualified PEPPM buyers send in their completed order via fax or email to Turn-key Technologies and can expect their shipment within weeks. Central bidding also eliminates many of the costs associated with specification and advertorial writing, as well as much of the paperwork that public agencies might otherwise need to be complete.
The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), the PEPPM’s administering agency, began soliciting bids for new contracts in 2017. All new bids have been conducted and awarded as of January 1, 2018, by the CSIU in collaboration with Kern County Superintendent of Schools (KCSOS).
Craig Badrick, CEO of Turn-key Technologies, put the award in perspective: “TTI is thrilled to have the ability to work with PEPPM to provide schools, government agencies, and the communities they serve with quality security services at an affordable price.”
He continued, “We are an IT firm that takes an agnostic, best-in-class approach to networking, communication, and security, and this opportunity enhances our ability to provide truly impactful solutions specific to the needs and budgets of our customers.”
