Ephesoft Names Naren Goel as Chief Financial Officer

Goel’s hire is the latest development in a period of rapid growth for Ephesoft, following its $15 million in Series A funding from Mercato Partners last summer. The company has retained several C-level hires and opened a new headquarters office in Irvine, California last month.

He brings nearly 20 years of senior finance leadership experience to the position, having led a broad range of startups to large corporations such as VMWare through various stages of growth. Goel has a strong background as a financial executive for a number of enterprise software and cloud computing organizations, including an understanding of Software-as-a-Service-related metrics.
