QuickStart, a cognitive learning IT marketplace, launched its app QSLearn early this week. The app will serve as a means for people to learn on the go.
The organization offers a monthly subscription, called the learn subscription, which gives users access to over 300 self-paced courses in all major IT domains. The app will serve as the mobile version of that subscription. This is what Ed Sattar, the CEO at QuickStart, had to say:
“We live in a world where there simply aren’t enough hours in the day. This stands especially true for IT professionals. We also live in a world where some people work from home, but most of us spend at least an hour a day in travelling to work and back. The QSLearn app will serve as the ideal way to use that time productively. You can’t send emails and work on important project while on the road, but you can make great progress in learning new skills just by listening to and watching instructional videos by globally recognized authors and instructors.”
While the organization offers a number of value added services, the app only focuses on self-paced courses. “You can use the same credentials you used to sign up in the app to log in to your account at QuickStart and gain access to courses that aren’t mobile-friendly, as well as everything else we have to offer such as ExpertConnect and all its features,” Ed added. “If you already have a subscription with QuickStart, you can simply download the app and start using it at no additional cost.”
The app is available on the Apple Store as well as on Google Play.
QuickStart is an Austin based Microsoft Gold Partner accredited by ITIL, Comptia, and EC Council. The organization is an IT training marketplace that uses cognitive learning and artificial intelligence to turn training into a transformational experience.
