New Portal Allows Customers to View Licenses and Technical Support History

Customers have complete access to their Retrospect license history and all of their support tickets through a single dashboard.

Retrospect®, Inc., makers of award-winning Retrospect Backup & Recovery software, today announced a self-service portal for customers, providing easy, secure access to current licenses and support tickets.

The new portal–secured with industry-standard SSL encryption–enables customers to log in to, browse their entire Retrospect purchase history, retrieve current license codes, and verify that their annual support and maintenance (ASM) agreement is up-to-date. The portal has built-in integration with the Upgrade Wizard, so customers can see their upgrade and renewal information with one click. Technical support cases are also integrated into the portal, allowing customers to view the status of current cases as well as browse older cases for reference.

In addition, customers registered to preview upcoming Retrospect releases can log in to their portal for early access information and downloads.
