ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) February 27, 2018 -- Today, Pink Elephant announced that Jonathan Hinkle, Vice President, Director of Information Technology, First Fidelity Bank is the winner of the final 2017 IT Excellence Award, the Case Study Of The Year, during their 22nd Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition – “Pink18” – in Orlando, Florida, at the JW Marriott. This is Jonathan’s second time being awarded the honor, having been selected for the same category in the 2016 IT Excellence Awards.
Presented on the final day of the conference, the Case Study of the Year Award recognizes the practitioner with the highest overall rating for their case study presentation delivered at the conference. The winner is selected by conference attendees based on the overall presentation evaluation results.

The Award presentation was followed by David Horsager’s keynote session, where the best-selling author and CEO of Trust Edge Leadership Institute gave an overview of his industry leading research and revealed how top leaders and organizations drive business results to become the most trusted in their industries.
Winners of the other IT Excellence Awards – Project Of The Year, Practitioner Of The Year, Innovation Of The Year and IT Leader Of The Year – were announced on Tuesday February 20, 2018.
