Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill, widely-known for its unique Modern Asian cuisine, is taking guests on a culinary journey throughout 2018. Each month, the acclaimed eatery is visiting a different country or region of the world that influences its restaurant.
"As a restaurant where Modern Asian flavors meet classic American Comfort foods, we have a wide variety of influences," says John Banquil, Director of Brand Development for Ling & Louie's. "Our Passport program is giving us the opportunity to break down our Asian Fusion cuisine and show our guests what makes our flavors so unique and diverse. We're really excited to be able to feature these exceptional menus for our guests."
Ling & Louie's has already visited Japan and China in the first two months of the year. In March, the Asian Bar and Grill will journey to Thailand, featuring classic Thai dishes like Beggar's Purses, Siamese Spring Rolls and Spicy Thai Basil Chicken, in addition to modern interpretations such as Monsoon Chicken & Shrimp and Wango Mango Scallops.
"Our goal was to feature some classic dishes from each country as well as creating new and exciting dishes using classic ingredients from those specific regions," explains Greg Smith, Director or Operations. "We've always pushed the limits with our cuisine and cocktails, and the Passport program gives us the perfect stage to continue doing so."
Other countries and regions set for Ling & Louie's Passport program include Vietnam in April, South Korea in May and even a trip to the United States in September to show off their American Comfort roots.
"This program gives our guests something to look forward to each and every month. We expect our guests will continue being adventurous and trying new things with each new menu," added Mr. Banquil. "We've found new favorites with each menu and we hope our guests do too!"
