Blue Horseshoe Solutions Expands Business Development Team
CARMEL, IND. (PRWEB) March 01, 2018 -- Blue Horseshoe Solutions, a global software and services firm, announced the addition of supply chain industry veteran Michael Thielen to the organization’s business development team. As a regional business development executive, Thielen will be responsible for expanding sales in the North Central US region which includes Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado.
Thielen’s career is entrenched in supply chain and information technology leadership. This includes several positions of increasing responsibility at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment where he was most recently Senior Vice President, Global Operations. In Sony’s fast-moving consumer goods environment, Thielen was instrumental in creating a supply chain capable of delivering hundreds of millions of discs annually to a global retail network and maintaining logistics relationship with major outlets like Walmart and Target.
He also served as Director of the IT consulting practice at Ciber, Inc. Thielen guided agri-businesses through the selection and implementation of manufacturing, distribution and grower management systems.

He will also help them extend their enterprise data to optimize supply chain operations including order orchestration, transportation planning and partner collaboration.
