LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) March 01, 2018 -- Perla Global Capital Advisors is pleased to announce Joint-Venture with Seasoned Senior Executive, Mr. Joel E. Ruiz, CEO of JSC Financial and Insurance Services, Inc., for the purpose to acquire Life Insurance Policies, referred to as Life Settlements and offer Inception Premium Financing. These policies are to be acquired through Joint-Venture premium finance business segment, direct policy purchases from the original policy owners and from purchase of policies owned by other institutional investors in collaboration with Life Settlement brokers and providers.
