The Strategic Partnering Approach workshop serves as a guiding path in the Application series of the newly developed BRM Knowledge Path to Success (BRM KPTS). The Strategic Partnering Approach workshop is designed to help business professionals engaging key stakeholders in co-creating a roadmap for reaching and sustaining strategic partnerships that drive increased collaboration and ensure value optimization across the organization. Any organization launching a BRM capability, working to improve its BRM capability, or interested in taking its successful BRM capability to the next level will benefit from team engagement in the Strategic Partnering Approach workshop.
Strategic Partnering Approach Workshop participants will experience interactive and lively one-to-two-day sessions, which dive deep into the most common obstacles experienced by organizations working to evolve their BRM capability.
