ReportingMD's enhanced ACO product leads to more structured ACO participation.

ReportingMD today announced an expanded Accountable Care Organization (ACO) module within their enterprise Total Outcomes Management application. This new release provides their clients the tools needed to target high risk/high cost patients within their ACO (Patient Severity Matrix), identify high risk/high cost patients that may become attributed to their ACO (Assignable Beneficiaries List) and patients receiving care out-of-network (Patient Leakage). These three added features allow the ReportingMD ACO module to go beyond quality metrics and analytics to view the bigger picture of the total population.

Chrissie Gorman, Product Manager at ReportingMD states, “An effective Accountable Care Organization (ACO) needs to be a care delivery organization achieving high quality medical outcomes in an efficient manner. This requires changes on multiple levels across many practices to ensure that it is patient-centric and highly focused on the process of care. A cornerstone of effective ACO management is the ability to monitor quality performance. ReportingMD’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) module allows Clients to efficiently and effectively monitor quality performance at various levels to provide targeted and actionable changes within the ACO. We are thrilled to expand upon the functionality we have already been providing our clients within our ACO product."
