The Heartland Region will include Iowa, Nebraska including Rock Island, Moline and East Moline in Illinois, and the Greater Kansas City area including Lawrence, Overland Park, Oltha, St. Joseph and Lee Summit.
Robb Spearman, who sold his network of 10 RE/MAX offices in the Des Moines, Iowa, area in 2016, was a top broker in the region and ranked 188th by Real Trends in units sold in the U.S. at the time of the sale. His move to Realty ONE Group as Regional Director of the Heartland Region brings considerable expertise to the company.
