County Line Restaurant’s “Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 2018 Live Music Series” to launch March 1
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) February 28, 2018 -- The “Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 2018 Live Music Series at The County Line” that benefits the San Antonio Food Bank is back for its 18th year on Thursday nights. This very popular live music series will run from March 1 through July 26, 2018 at The County Line Bar-B-Q restaurant at 10101 IH-10 West (between the Wurzbach and Huebner Road exits, near the Colonnade). Concerts begin at 7:30 and run until 9 p.m.
A food booth will be available on the patio during concerts. Happy hour will run inside and outside of the restaurant, from 3 to 7 p.m. on concert days.
As always, this live music series is no cost. However, all who attend are asked to make a food or monetary donation to the San Antonio Food Bank. In 2015, the County Line was recognized by the San Antonio Food Bank for raising enough food to feed over 1 million people since the inception of the music series in 2001. In 2017 alone, it brought in a record breaking number of donations: $7,822.32 in cash and 2,386 lbs. of food, which equals 80,609 lbs. of food to feed the hungry in San Antonio area.
No cost parking is available at Hallmark College, less than one block away on IH-10 access road. Concerts are held rain or shine.
At the concerts, guests can enter a drawing for a trip for two to The Music Fest at Steamboat Springs, Colorado in January 2019; the drawing for that prize will be held during the last concert on July 26. Midway through the series, Rebecca Creek Radio will also give away a guitar signed by artists at The Music Fest at Steamboat Springs, held January, 2018.
