Channel Chief honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff on the basis of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation. Erickson was recognized by CRN for his significant contribution to providing improved training and enablement programs for M-Files partners that have empowered them to win key deals more efficiently. Erickson was also involved in launching the M-Files Certified Application Partner program in 2017, which is designed to provide structure and support to third-party solution developers, as well as value-added resellers (VAR) and Systems Integrators, that are interested in extending the M-Files platform via custom add-ons, integrations and UI enhancements.
In 2017, M-Files also launched a popular new opportunity registration process that allows partners to easily register and claim new sales opportunities, while also more efficiently engage M-Files to assist in moving deals forward faster. M-Files saw partners quickly adopt the new process resulting in better overall pipeline visibility, prioritization of resources and shorter sales cycles.
