Charge Running has released a new 5K Training Program that will change the way you train.

Charge Running, the first live, group running app is launching a new 5K Training Program. Current solutions for 5K training include following non-motivating spreadsheets that offer little to be desired for the average person, but Charge Running is changing that by adding in live, motivating workouts to bring the excitement of race day to ever training day. The workouts are recorded by incredible trainers that fill you in on ‘must-know’ running tips and push you to run faster and further. Charge Running is a fitness app for iPhone that combines a boutique group fitness class experience with the personalization of a skilled trainer. It also offers the accountability of a partner to help runners stay motivated and meet their fitness goals. Charge Running provides you with multiple live runs a day hosted in real time and vary in difficulty, allowing you to choose the run that best fits your skill level. If you’re unable to make a scheduled class, the app also offers on-demand runs that are pre-recorded workouts designed for your convenience to be run wherever, and whenever you’d like. The 5K Training Program is 8 weeks long and consists of 16 runs that slowly build in intensity.
