Cohesive Solutions Inc. Announces New Propel™ Integration with IBM Maximo
KENNESAW, Ga. (PRWEB) March 05, 2018 -- Cohesive Solutions Inc. announces a strategic development between IBM Maximo and Propel called the Propel iFrame Portlet for Maximo. This integration is available for anyone who already utilizes or is implementing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management. Propel is a Performance Management solution from Cohesive that enables Maximo customers to leverage and improve their Maximo implementation to optimize asset management. Propel customers can quickly deploy Asset Management metrics and KPIs that are aligned with their business objectives. In addition to executives and management visualizing performance, Maximo users can now view Propel dashboards and visual content directly in Maximo via a custom embedded iFrame configuration, enabled by Interloc.
This powerful visualization capability allows Maximo users, such as maintenance supervisors, storeroom managers, procurement leads, etc., to better correlate day to day activities with organizational objectives, by visualizing their impact on results, directly within the Maximo start center. For example, at the start of a shift when an employee logs on, in addition to current workflow assignments and a list of the day’s assigned work, they are also presented with current performance metrics such as overall backlog and work throughput metrics for the employee’s department. This “line of sight” from organizational goals to daily activities enables an organization to bridge the “strategy to execution gap” and achieve desired business results.
