Trilix to Host Panel Discussion on How to Better Align Operations and Culture
WARWICK, Rhode Island (PRWEB) March 06, 2018 -- With technology advancing at a breakneck pace, there is great opportunity for departmental leaders to leverage the right technologies, tools and processes to positively impact their organizations. Whether that means introducing robust business applications, automating manual workflows, or using technology to enhance culture, business leaders can bring enhanced efficiency, engagement and empowerment to their teams with the right investments.
Yet technology advancements have also presented a host of business challenges, from disparate systems to death-by-spreadsheet environments—all of which need tackling. To support business leaders on their quest to have greater impact, Trilix is holding an interactive panel discussion and workshop March 28, “Reigniting Workplace Excellence: Balancing Operations and Culture.”
“In business, we can often pinpoint the exact process and systems bottlenecks standing in the way of our desired transformation, yet we do little to tackle these challenges. Sometimes we think we have good reason like: our client’s needs must come before our business’ needs; we have gotten by thus far; or the timing is not right to invest in this area. But, at the end of the day, these are just excuses that stand in the way of an organization’s ability to reach workplace excellence,” says Trilix CEO/Founder Tim Hebert.
“Our upcoming event will inspire business leaders to begin tackling these obstacles head on by demonstrating how they can more successfully weave together business operations and culture,” he adds. “Our hope is that attendees leave eager to inch towards a greater level of departmental or organizational excellence; they just have to start to take some critical steps forward.”
The event, taking place from 4-6 pm at the Providence Public Library, will kick off with an interactive panel discussion amongst Rhode Island business leaders about how to reach an amplified level of workplace excellence. Panelists include:
• Suma Gaddam, Senior Vice President & CIO, Care New England
• Tim Hebert, CEO/Founder, Trilix
• Darlene Major, Vice President Corporate Information Systems, Amica Mutual Insurance Co.
• Tom Pesaturo, Principal, Exceeda Consulting
Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to identify and share their top business challenges consultatively with their peers and build an action plan/road map for combatting their obstacle.
“As business leaders, we typically recognize that our organizations could operating and performing better than we are today but we may not be doing anything about it,” says Pesaturo. “During the event, we will encourage attendees to begin viewing their business operations and technologies through a new lens and begin to question why things are done the way they are done to break free from the ‘it’s the way we have always done it’ syndrome.”
