NACES, the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen Herndon, PhD as its next Executive Director. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Dr. Herndon earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) in Psychological Research and Program Evaluation from Walden University.
"Dr. Herndon is a seasoned Association Executive whose experience in the US Foreign Service and with statewide professional associations has uniquely prepared her for the challenges of the rapidly growing and changing field of credential evaluation," says Julia To Dutka, EdD, Chairperson of NACES. "She is well equipped to serve NACES membership across a broad spectrum of needs."
With an extensive background in psychological research and program evaluation, Dr. Herndon is committed to promoting NACES's standards of credential evaluation as the benchmark against which all other standards are compared.
