Crelate Launches New Recruiting Analytics and Dashboard Capabilities to Help Agencies Efficiently Hire
KIRKLAND, Wash. (PRWEB) March 05, 2018 -- Crelate, the recruiting and staffing software company that enables businesses manage applicant and sales pipelines within a single cloud solution, today announces the latest release of its flagship product Crelate Talent. Crelate’s latest update focuses on helping businesses improve the efficiency of their recruiting processes. With new custom dashboard and recruiting analytic capabilities, companies can gain greater insight into where and how they spend time sourcing, vetting, and hiring candidates. The release has also added new activity templates, to standardize the process of phone screens and reference checks. Finally, compliance surveying and reporting have been added to help growing businesses maintain compliance with Federal regulations. The new release is immediately available to all Crelate customers.
The latest improvements to Crelate’s recruiting platform focus on giving talent placement firms complete control over what metrics they track and how they visualize the data from their Sales Pipeline, Time to Fill, and Conversion Ratio reports so that companies can more quickly identify the bottlenecks in their talent pipeline and work with only the data that’s relevant to improving their process for faster business growth.
Additionally, the new activity templates feature helps talent-focused businesses and recruitment managers eliminate delays and reduce missing or incorrect applicant information by building a more consistent applicant screening process. Customers can define their own templates and apply them to any activity type such as phone screens, interviews, reference checks and more.
This release also helps businesses with their Federal compliance reporting process. By providing EEOC, OFCCP, and VEVRAA questionnaires directly in the application process, the process of gathering Federally required information is streamlined. In addition, new out-of-the-box reporting, HR teams will save more time when completely Federally required surveys.
"Our new reporting and template capabilities will help businesses gain important insight into their hiring processes while also enhancing user productivity," said Aaron Elder, CEO, and co-founder of Crelate. "We believe that the user experience has to come first. When users actually want to use a system, great reporting comes naturally."
“The best software helps someone actually do their job, it makes people's lives easier. Unfortunately, all too often, software is built just to help management obtain reports,” explained James Dulin, CPO of Crelate. “The management-first approach can lead to software that doesn’t get used because it doesn’t actually help the users. This makes the reports management need less valuable. With this release, we’ve added Activity Templates that help users easily record the information they need, an EEO component that gathers important compliance information, and recruitment analytics and dashboards that allow both management and users to quickly react to changing business drivers.”
