Adessa Group Appoints Olivier Poot as Chief Operations Officer and Board Member

In this role, Olivier Poot will report to Adessa Group Founder and CEO Gaëtan Masson and will be responsible for Adessa's operational activities, its HCM service offerings, and service delivery.

Olivier Poot joins Adessa Group from iXerv Global where he was co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for the past two years. In addition to his recent role at iXerv, Olivier also brings nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience from global HCM software and solutions providers like OpenHR and NorthgateArinso.
