Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services Named a Winner of the Atlanta 2018 Top Workplaces Award
ATLANTA, Ga. (PRWEB) March 07, 2018 -- Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor for the seventh year by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. This is the third consecutive year Cobb Pediatric was ranked in the top ten and is number four in the midsize workplaces category (150-499 employees) out of 50 businesses. Cobb Pediatric is also the winner of the 2018 Top Workplaces “Managers” special award.
“We are excited that our employees have selected us as a Top Workplace,” said Mark Norris, President of Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services. We owe this honor to June Whitehead, the founder of Cobb Pediatric. She built an amazing company with a unique culture that is truly a great place to work.”
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
