Customer-Centric Bravo Pawn Systems Receives Top Tier Net Promoter Score

With nearly 1,100 stores running Bravo software, the pawnshop platform announced that it received an all-time high Net Promoter Score, a metric that tracks customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Bravo Pawn Systems, the leader in innovative SaaS point-of-sale software for pawnshops backed by world-class customer support, announced that it achieved a record-high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 74.2. This score is just the latest in an upward trend for the Microsoft Azure cloud-based pawn software company and a testament to its dedication to customer service and on-boarding.

“Over the last eighteen months, Bravo doubled in size. This came with some growing pains in our support department. Introduced in 2013 by Fred Reichheld and developed by Bain & Company and Satmetrix, the NPS is a trusted benchmarking system that gauges customer loyalty on a scale of -100 to 100 based on third-party collected customer feedback. The NPS score of 74.2 puts Bravo well above the software and app industry’s average NPS of 28 as reported by NPS, and ahead of other B2B SaaS companies like SalesForce, Adobe, and Novell, who range in the 50s and 60s for NPS.
