CHARLOTTE, NC (PRWEB) March 06, 2018
In celebration of Comfort Keepers Home Care 20 year anniversary, Comfort Keepers of Greater Charlotte, NC is pleased to announce the return of our third-annual program, A Senior’s Wish. This program honors local, deserving seniors who have spent a lifetime giving to their friends, family and community. A Senior’s Wish grants seniors the wish of a lifetime as a thank-you for their contributions. These wishes can include something on their bucket list, something they might have thought it was too late to pursue.
A nominating friend or family member can request a number of different types of wishes on behalf of their senior loved one. Wishes may include: reconnecting with loved ones, attending events or concerts, participating in a former hobby or passion that is now a challenge (ride in classic car, horseback riding), purchase of a computer to connect virtually with family, installation of a wheelchair ramp, renewing wedding vows or maybe even help planting a garden.
To nominate someone go the Comfort Keepers Home Care of Greater Charlotte Senior Wish Nomination form.
The deadline to submit a nomination is March 31, 2018
“We’re very excited to announce A Senior’s Wish! The program is designed to honor our senior community members and really allows us to give back to those who have helped make our community so unique and special,” said Lori Eberly, owner of Comfort Keepers Home Care in Charlotte, NC. “I am greatly looking forward to reading this year’s applications and helping to make a difference in the lives of the special seniors in our area.”
