BIA Names Adam Feinberg Executive Vice President of Professional Services
NEW YORK (PRWEB) March 07, 2018 -- BIA, a leading national eDiscovery and digital forensics company, announced today that Adam Feinberg has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Professional Services.
Feinberg oversees all of BIA’s eDiscovery and Computer Forensics services, including project management, technical support, digital forensics, data management, review hosting and document review teams as well as our Advisory Services practice. Feinberg also often serves as a trusted client advisor and expert witness, drawing on his nearly 15 years of industry experience across countless legal matters, including large multi-national projects involving hundreds of custodians.
“Adam has been an integral part of BIA for many years, and he was instrumental in successfully integrating US Legal Support’s eDiscovery and Forensics Division, which we recently acquired,” said BIA CEO and Co-founder Brian Schrader. “His extensive experience, knowledge and leadership are valued both within our company and by our clients. He has proven throughout his time with BIA that he can handle any challenge, and he is more than deserving of this promotion.”
Feinberg joined BIA in 2003 as a forensic technician and became Director of Forensic Practice in 2006. He later held the position of Executive Director of Quality Assurance, where he routinely worked with attorneys and IT professionals to develop and implement comprehensive electronic discovery and electronic audit plans and to assist clients with various investigative projects and forensically sound data collection efforts.
In addition to computer forensics and electronic discovery, Feinberg has experience in intellectual property theft investigations, internal corporate investigations and audits, systems security audits and vulnerability assessments. He has developed or refined processes and workflows for clients, spoken at various industry and legal seminars/webinars and authored multiple articles and white papers. He also has been an instructor of computer forensic certification training courses offered to IT and corporate security professionals, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, military personnel and Fortune 500 clients.
“BIA is a premier provider of eDiscovery and digital forensic services, and I’m fortunate to have been with BIA since its early days and seen the great family culture that has developed here. We are constantly creating and refining processes and technology implementation while leveraging the extensive experience my teammates have to offer. I am continually amazed and invigorated by our innovative environment and spirit,” said Feinberg. “I look forward to being part of BIA’s achieving new heights and am excited to take on this new role.”
Feinberg was formerly BIA’s Senior Vice President of Professional Services.
