Successful mortgage marketing executive David King joins nation’s 5th largest real estate brand with an eye toward international expansion

Realty ONE Group, the rapidly growing, debt-free real estate franchisor built on powerful branding and an unusual agent-first model, has added a renowned brand marketing professional to take the company to even greater heights, founder and CEO Kuba Jewgieniew announced today.

David King joins the family-owned company as its brand, which is already a top-five national real estate franchise with more than 10,000 agents and 113 offices, is poised to double in the next year and reach new international markets. In the newly created position, King will oversee all branding, communication and marketing at Realty ONE Group.

Former chief brand officer of Movement Mortgage, King was influential in the transformation of the regional lender with a two-person marketing team and $1 billion in loans into a national multi-faceted powerhouse that processes more than $13 billion in a variety of financial instruments, including insurance, banking and a variety of loan products. King, who grew his marketing team to 50 strong, also supported Movement Mortgage’s efforts to invest $12 million in a tuition-free charter school in Charlotte, N.C.
