Reports Highlight Earning Potential of Vacation Rentals in the Breckenridge Area, Vail Area, and Winter Park Area

  • 2-bedroom properties make up the highest percentage of the vacation rental inventory in all 3 markets.
  • 3-bedroom properties in the 75th percentile generate $65,422 in yearly revenue in the Vail Area, $48,109 in the Breckenridge Area, and $33,597 in the Winter Park Area.
