Caliper announced today that Heather Ishikawa will be named Vice President of Product Strategy. Her extensive experience in product development and deep industry knowledge of products related to behavioral performance, talent assessment, training, and leadership effectiveness makes Heather an outstanding executive to lead Caliper’s product strategy.
In her role, Heather will oversee product strategy and development functions in order to refine Caliper’s go-to-market product approach and better position Caliper’s award-winning products and services to valued clients.

Prior to joining Caliper, Heather served as the Vice President of Global Strategy for Enact Leadership, based in Berkeley California, and the National Sales Director at Pearson where she defined and executed on the sales strategy for North America. She is also the co-author of the best-selling book, Now You're Thinking!
