ShooWin, Inc., a New York based online ticketing marketplace that lets fans buy guaranteed reservations to the biggest games in sports, is pleased to announce David Lane as Chief Executive Officer. Lane, who joined ShooWin in 2017, succeeds Brisa Trinchero who will remain as Chairman of the Board.

Lane comes to ShooWin with more than twenty years of C-level experience and leading business units with a number of well-known sports and media businesses such as FanDuel, TouchTunes, and Outfront (Formerly CBS Outdoor).

This week, ShooWin opened up four new markets to sports fans: NCAA Final Four, NBA Finals, NHL Stanley Cup, and 2019 CFP National Championship. Each market gives sports fans the ability to experience the access given to ‘insiders’ and brokers, while providing ancillary benefits that counter the fleecing from the secondary market.

The ticketing industry has seen significant technological advances in recent years. Today, most venues have moved to an all-digital approach. These changes, coupled with trends pointing to consumers spending their discretionary income on experiences rather than products, has prompted Lane and his team to revise its branding and go-to-market strategy.
