The Oregon Business Magazine’s 25th Annual 100 Best Places to Work in Oregon survey, in which 9,000 employees participated, rates Oregon companies on a variety of criteria, including benefits, pay, workplace culture, community engagement, social responsibility and other elements. Essentially, The Best 100 Places to Work in Oregon survey measures employee satisfaction. Anvil placed 31st in the Small Business Category, as the only digital marketing agency to make the list in 2018. Anvil received formal recognition at the 25th Annual 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon dinner and awards event on March 1st at the Oregon Convention Center.

A core component of Anvil’s recent success is based on a series of strategic hires.
