FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. (PRWEB) March 12, 2018 -- Ytel, a leading provider of communications software for businesses through a programmable API and contact center software, unveiled today a new corporate brand identity to simplify its product offering. The organization’s product line will now be known as Ytel API and Ytel Contact Center.
Ytel’s branding research and customer feedback determined that reshaping its brand identity, and simplifying product offerings, would allow for stronger penetration into existing and new markets alike. The reputation and equity built under Ytel is a valuable asset that will be leveraged in both product names to clearly align with their capabilities.
“Since 2012, we’ve built a strong reputation in communications,” said Nick Newsom, Ytel CEO. “Our market research confirmed that simplifying our brand architecture, rather than completely changing it, was the appropriate strategic move for us. While we wanted to accurately reflect our product capabilities with their names, we also wanted to enable opportunities to market Ytel in pursuit of new business for future growth and expansion.”
With the release of a new mission statement (“Powering human communications for businesses on a global scale.”), the rebranding is part of the Ytel’s strategy to develop new opportunities. This came on the heels of record breaking revenue and employee growth in 2017 that required Ytel to move its headquarters to a 30,000 square foot facility in Orange County, CA.
“This is an exciting change for Ytel and sets the stage for accelerated growth,” said Kevin Dunning, VP of Product. “While our commitment to our existing customers & markets will not change, we are poised to grow in new markets and serve a broader range of businesses through our two products - Ytel API and Ytel Contact Center.
