Health iPASS, the patient revenue cycle management solution helping medical providers realize 90 – 95% patient net collection rates, is delighted to welcome Imran Ahmad as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Ryan Navratil as Director of Product, both based in the Oak Brook, IL office.

Health iPASS streamlines the patient registration process by allowing patients to check-in, review, and edit pertinent demographic information, and make payments both at time-of-service and after insurance adjudication via a user-friendly software solution. As the healthcare industry scrambles to adjust to revenue cycle changes that place more financial burden on patients through high deductible health plans (HDHPs), Health iPASS is designed to build patient trust and loyalty and improve the patient experience while helping providers increase operating income.

Imran began his career as a healthcare investment banking analyst for William Blair and in private equity at JMH Capital. Since then, he has exhibited his entrepreneurial spirt through the founding of MouseHouse App, an award-winning, seed-funded mobile platform for animal research management and as an operations analyst for PayPal Mobile, helping to launch PayPal in domestic retail and international markets. For the past six years, Imran has been investing in healthcare companies at OCA Ventures, where he is an Operating Partner, and has led over 15 investments in early-stage startups. Imran offers extensive strategy and operations knowledge and experience in his new role as COO at Health iPASS.

Before joining the Health iPASS team, Ryan Navratil gained over 10 years of experience as a consultant, as well as corporate and strategy leader, with early-stage startups and corporate innovation teams in healthcare, consumer web, HR and recruiting, biotech, and B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Founding two business consulting firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ryan has concurrently held leadership roles in both the for- and non-profit arenas and helped shape foundations for several early-stage startup companies.
