Home Staging Trade Association Announces Vern Yip and Mike Michalowicz As Keynote Speakers
STOCKTON, Calif. (PRWEB) March 12, 2018 -- Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) the trade association for professional real estate stagers and re-designers is excited to announce Vern Yip and Michael Michalowicz as their keynote speaker for the industry’s annual event, RESACON.
Vern Yip is known for his four seasons on TLC’s Trading Spaces and for over ten years as one of HGTV’s most recognizable designers. Vern’s past HGTV projects include four seasons of his own show titled Deserving Design with Vern Yip and two seasons as host and designer of HGTV Urban Oasis. His HGTV work also includes eight seasons of HGTV’s top-rated prime-time series HGTV Design Star.
RESACON has a second keynote speaker Mike Michalowicz. Mike Michalowicz is the entrepreneur behind three multimillion dollar companies and is the author of Profit First, The Pumpkin Plan and what BusinessWeek deemed the entrepreneurs cult classic, The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur. Mike is a former small business columnist for The Wall Street Journal, and regularly travels the globe as entrepreneurial advocate.
RESA has twenty-two additional industry influencers speaking at RESACON, who are geared towards advancing professionalism and excellence in real estate staging.
RESACON also hosts the the RESA® Home Staging Industry Awards, the industry's most prestigious awards honoring real estate staging mastery. Established in 2008, each year top producing stagers are recognized for their professional excellence and superior skills in the art of home staging and re-design. Adjusting to substantial industry growth, RESA also honors home staging related professionals who have contributed to the industry through leadership and influence.
Over the last sixteen years home staging professionals have added value and insight to our industry through their influence. This year we have created a new category called the Real Estate Staging Industry’s Most Influential. Anyone may nominate someone they deem as influential in the real estate staging industry. This is a free category to nominate someone.
RESA is accepting submissions and nominations until April 16th, 2018. RESA will announce the top ten finalists in each category April 26th and the overall winners, top ten finalists and leadership honors will be announced at the Home Staging Industry Awards Banquet July 27, 2018 in Las Vegas at the association’s annual event RESACON.
