Concurra Expands Product Offering, Providing SMBs with an Enterprise-Grade Website Optimization Tool

Concurra, the all-in-one website optimization and experimentation tool that originally launched in 2016, is set to extend its enterprise-grade platform, previously only available to digital marketing agencies, directly to businesses. The agency offering will rebrand as Concurra Enterprise and will continue to deliver the same high-level service and optimization to its agency customers.

Concurra was built from the ground up by SingleHop co-founder Dan Ushman, who began building the platform back in 2014. The vision was to make website optimization less of an art and more of a science. Designed specifically for modern websites, it is the first platform for the unified analysis of everything a website visitor does, from mouse movement and clicks, to highlighting text and pinch-zooming. The platform features tools to visualize the aggregate data and to record and replay individual user sessions, as well as a fully integrated A/B and multivariate testing engine, which can be used to quickly personalize, prototype or test changes on any page.

“Concurra gives digital marketers the first cohesive, all-in-one monitoring and optimization tool built for modern websites that requires no web development knowledge to use. One line of JavaScript, and you’re ready to go,” said Dan Ushman, founder and CEO of Concurra. “We originally built Concurra based on our own first-hand experience optimizing websites by hand and with multiple costly, complicated tools. Our plan was always to provide a pro-level tool at a competitive price for businesses. We wanted to build a tool that would be able to do the job of four.”

The original platform that was designed for providing high-level services and analytics for digital marketing agencies is rebranding as Concurra Enterprise. On the agency side of its business, Concurra works with 24 agencies, servicing over 650 websites and tracking over a million user sessions a month.

“The ability to visually show the impact of our UX strategy and design decisions to clients more effectively is one of the main reasons we decided to adopt Concurra Enterprise, rather than use the static Google Analytics metrics.
