Configurable Management, LLC, today announced its Physical Inventory Accelerator™ v2.0 has achieved certified integration with the SAP® ERP application. The solution has been proven to integrate with SAP ERP, providing greatly simplified physical inventories for non-WM-managed storage locations while increasing the accuracy of the resulting data.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that Physical Inventory Accelerator™ v2.0 integrates with SAP ERP, allowing inventory counts to be uploaded to the SAP solution environment with the click of a button.

“Typical inventory processes are paper-based, error-prone, and include a laborious data entry process. Count sheets and/or tags are manually completed and are often illegible. These inefficiencies delay the completion of accurate data entry, thus delaying the overall physical inventory,” said Steven Branch, President & CEO of Configurable Management Consulting, LLC. “We recognized this as an issue across industries and worked closely with a few of our premier clients to design an easy-to-use, web-based and mobile-ready application,” he said.

Physical Inventory Accelerator™ streamlines the physical inventory process while simultaneously improving the accuracy of data entry. This new software solution supports Storage Location Stock, Vendor Stock, Customer Consigned Stock, Van Stock and more. With Physical Inventory Accelerator™ anyone, anywhere, can conduct a full inventory or cycle count. Upon completion of the count, the inventory manager can assess the accuracy of the inventory by reviewing an adjustable variance report of quantity and value variances. If needed, recounts can be initiated directly from the variance report. Once satisfied the counts are accurate, inventory documents are created and the counts uploaded to the SAP solution environment.

“Physical Inventory Accelerator can improve the quality of physical inventories while simultaneously reducing the cost,” said Branch. “We handle everything from simple forms and workflow to complex application development for SAP and/or non-SAP systems,” said Branch. “Additionally, we provide machine-to-machine robotics process automation (RPA) as well as custom solutions to unique data and process management challenges,” he said.

In addition, Configurable Management has joined the SAP PartnerEdge® program. Through the program, partners work closely with SAP to develop and certify the technical integration of their solutions with SAP software. Integrated partner applications extend, complement and add value to SAP solutions, thereby helping mutual customers more successfully meet business needs and drive strong results.
