Davis was a housekeeping manager at a San Francisco hotel with aspirations of owning her own business. She was attracted to a Coverall franchise because of the financing opportunities, operational structure and pipeline of business Coverall offered.

Christa Vinson of Reussi Group Cleaning, LLC shares a similar story. After relocating to Atlanta, and determined to start her own business in 2015, she has grown her business to now include 10 employees and has added multiple accounts to her portfolio.

Vinson and Davis recommend doing research before jumping into any business. Their tip for new business owners: Take advantage of all the training programs a franchisor offers and ask a lot of questions.
