The fund will be used to acquire underperforming hotels and resorts in the US and select international markets through direct investments and co-investments alongside private equity partners. “Focusing on assets that are too large or complex for smaller and regional investors and too difficult to execute for institutional size REITs, Leslie Hospitality will invest in USD10 to USD50 million dollar projects with very little competition,” stated Leslie Hospitality President Edwin W.
