Top Catering Management Company, CaterTrax, transitioned Jeff Luchetti, their former Chief Financial Officer, into the role of Chief Executive Officer. Upon Jeff’s transition, CaterTrax also welcomed Greg Boike as Vice President of Finance. Greg has held several senior financial positions at HP, EDS and Sutherland. His past experiences in leadership will further strengthen the Accounting and Finance teams at CaterTrax.
Rich co-founded the original company, Hospitality 101 (DBA CaterTrax), and is excited to continue in a leadership role with CaterTrax. Upon Jeff’s transition, Rich will lead the company’s Product Innovation team. His primary focus is on the execution of the long-range goals and strategies of the company’s SaaS suite of solutions.
CaterTrax was acquired by Volaris Group in November 2017 and the company has been looking to align focus and resources to operate a growing business within the Volaris portfolio. The shift in leadership will align strengths to roles within the executive team to optimize performance driven leadership and continue the positive growth trends under the Volaris umbrella.

Jeff joined CaterTrax as Chief Financial Officer on June 1, 2015 as part of a larger effort to transition the company into the next phase of growth and maturity, bringing over 20 years of strategic, financial, and operational experiences to CaterTrax. He is excited for this next step and looks to leverage his expertise in his new role as CEO.

Before joining CaterTrax, Luchetti held several executive level strategy, finance, and operational positions at both private and public companies in the technology and business services sectors. Companies include Broadview Networks, Earthlink, Paychex, and PAETEC. Luchetti holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Simon School of Business Administration, in Rochester NY.
