Stearns has more than 19 years of credit union leadership experience including 14 years at three different credit unions. She most recently served as Chief Impact Officer at Filene. During her tenure at Filene, Tansley played a pivotal role in building bridges between credit unions, academia and Silicon Valley, as well as helping ensure that even more institutions engaged with Filene’s credit union-focused, action-ready research. She’s helped credit unions across the country power up their innovation, strengthen their strategic competencies and enhance their overall member experience with Filene’s findings.
