The business world is currently undergoing huge changes, driven by innovation and technology. For sales and service organisations, the challenge is to adapt with the times, in order to thrive in both today's and tomorrow's world. To assist companies with meeting these challenges and maintaining sales effectiveness, Miller Heiman Group is hosting the ELEVATE 2018: Innovation in Action event in Schloss Hohenkammer, near Munich in Germany.

Over the course of #Elevate2018, which will run from the 19th to the 21st June 2018, expert speakers will tackle the nature of this new reality for the sales industry and help sales leaders to create and maintain high-performance sales teams that are capable of not only short-term success, but of continuously thriving.

The Future of Selling

For sales organisations, improving the effectiveness of sales teams must be a top priority. In fact, research carried out by CSO Insights, the research arm of Miller Heiman Group, shows us that average quota attainment has fallen 10 percent in the past five years. This represents a significant challenge and is the reason why ELEVATE 2018 will focus on innovative, ground-breaking business performance solutions.

The event's keynote address will be delivered by Byron Matthews, President and CEO of Miller Heiman Group, who will discuss the future of both sales and service, complete with references to the latest research, data and trends. Matthews will also provide valuable insight into the shifts the industry will experience in the coming years and the various steps sales and service organisations can take right now to prepare for these changes.

A whole host of sales training, sales consulting and customer experience experts are scheduled to give speeches, host workshops and discuss topics ranging from customer best practices and customer loyalty, through to sales manager enablement and the application of data, analytics and new technology.

Among the speakers at the event will be Tamara Schenk, the research director of CSO Insights, and Seleste Lunsford, the managing director of CSO Insights, who is one of the leading experts in the field of sales effectiveness. Furthermore, one of the highlights of the conference will be an address given by the acclaimed futurist, Stefan Hyttfors, who will discuss next generation leadership and the technologies that will disrupt sales in the years ahead.

The event will offer attendees an abundance of networking opportunities, including the 2nd Annual Miller Heiman Group Golf Challenge and Golf Practice Session, featuring international golf champion Constantino Rocca. Visitors interested in the sport will be able to socialise with their peers, while improving their golf skills practicing with one of the top golfers in the word. On the final day of the conference, Seleste Lunsford will present the findings of the recent CSO Insights Buyer Preferences Study, while there will also be workshops focusing on strategic selling and large account management.
