The 2018 Middle Market Executive Compensation Survey is the first tailored for private companies who are considered ‘medium-sized.’ It will provide confidential, real-world comparisons to others in the market.

D. G. McDermott Associates, partnering with the Wilson Group and Vivient Consulting, announces the roll-out of a new executive compensation survey specifically designed for privately held, middle market companies in the U.S. The survey gives compensation committees the opportunity to compare executive compensation data to other companies with annual revenues less than $25 million to $1 billion in 2017 revenues.

Private, middle market companies have not had sources for reliable, unbiased third party salary and incentives data that can help them benchmark their executive compensation plans against a cross-section of other companies.
